Hotels

The official hotel for Olympia is the London’s Olympia Hilton.

Hospitality

Private boxes for corporate or private entertaining can be booked at the show. There are 30 different boxes on the gallery level and they each house between 12 and 16 people. Guests can watch the whole performance from their box and can, at the same time, enjoy a buffet lunch or four course dinner.

Where to Eat

The Olympia halls have a number of bars and café areas where it is possible to get a snack.

In the National Hall, where the Shopping Village is located there is a Pizza Express Restaurant (which also has access from Hammersmith Road). In addition, there’s a Crussh bar selling fresh juice and smoothies and a Café Bar which serves a variety of hot and cold refreshments.

In the Grand Hall is the purpose built Taittinger Champagne Bar and Member’s Restaurant on the Gallery Level. This is accessible only to those with a Members badge. Members badges come with all top price tickets and those in the balcony seats. Any ticket holder wishing to book a table in the restaurant can do so by calling 020 7370 8163.

In the Grand Hall, where the main arena is, there is a Taste Italia which sells take away Italian style food, a Crussh Bar, selling fresh juice and smoothies, a Café Bar with a variety of hot and cold refreshments and a DP Cappuccino selling coffee and snacks.

Wheelchairs

• The Wheelchair platform is has space for 16 wheelchairs plus carer. Disabled visitors will pay full price with carers going free.
• All wheelchair-bound customers must be accompanied by one able bodied helper (if there are other members in the party, they will be seated elsewhere).
• There are a number of seats with easy access for ambulant disabled visitors. Ambulant disabled visitors pay full price with carers going free.

TV Times

Olympia is often televised on BBC and Eurosport. At the moment we are unable to give a confirmed programme, but usually the FEI World Cup Jumping is televised on BBC 2 live and the puissance on Friday evening has also been televised. Eurosport have, in the past, provided extensive coverage of the show.

The Pony Club

Olympia, The London International Horse Show is a strong supporter of The Pony Club. If you are a Pony Club member, ask your Branch Chairman for information about special ticket offers.

You can come as a group and make some real savings. And if you come on Thursday 16th December you will see the Pony Club Masterclass in the morning when a well known British Show Jumper will give a lucky Pony Club member special tuition. Or if you have an evening ticket, you can watch the Pony Club Mini Major competition.
