The London Horse Show has 30 private boxes located on its gallery level. This gives you great views onto the Main Arena with the opportunity to enjoy a waitress served lunch, dinner or buffet meal whilst you and your guests watch the action. Each of the prices above is based on a box shared by 12 people. Each standard size box can accommodate up to 16 people for Lunch or Dinner and 18 people for Buffet Lunch or Buffet Supper. Additional guests are charged at a per person rate as outlined below:
- Lunch or Buffet Lunch – £115 + VAT per person
- Buffet Supper – £160 + VAT per person
- 4 Course Dinner – £180 + VAT per person

All hospitality packages include:
- Entrance to the Grand Hall, Shopping Village and Gallery Level
- Lunch, Buffet lunch, Four Course Dinner or Buffet Supper
- Up to three car parking passes

- Glass of Taittinger Champagne on arrival at your Private Box (Dinner package only)
A vegetarian option is available with all menus and most other special dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice. All drinks can be purchased in advance or on the day.

Champagne Reception and Private Box
Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday night
As an alternative to a meal in your own private box there is an option to enjoy a Champagne Reception with drinks and canapés in the Pillar Hall before the Show and then move on to a shared box to watch the performance. Pricing is £93 per person plus a booking fee of £2.75.

Please note that lounge suits are required to be worn for the Champagne Reception bookings.
