Give your colleagues, friends and family a completley different Christmas treat by booking one of the private hospitality boxes at Olympia.  Situated on the Gallery Level each box has wonderful views of the arena and you and your quests are able to enjoy the performance in great style.

Hospitality Boxes for for the 2010 show will go on sale in the summer.  Listed below are packages and prices applicable to 2009 but will give you an idea of what is available.

• Entrance to the Grand Hall, Shopping Village and Gallery Level
• Option of a three course Lunch or Family Tea for afternoon performances, and four course Dinner or Buffet Supper for evening performances
• Up to three car park passes
• Souvenir programme per guest
• Glass of champagne on arrival at your Private Box (Dinner package only)

AFTERNOON PERFORMANCES - Thursday 17th, Friday 18th, Saturday 19th & Monday 21st

Lunch: from £1285 + vat            Family Tea: from £1110 + vat

Sunday 20th

Lunch: from £1405 + vat           Family Tea: from £1405 + vat

EVENING PERFORMANCES - Wednesday 16th, Friday 18th, Saturday 19th & Monday 21st

Dinner: from £2670 + vat          Buffet Supper: from £2160 + vat

Thursday 17th & Sunday 20th

Dinner: from £2350 + vat            Buffet Supper: from £1850 + vat

All pices are based on 12 people sharing.  Each standard size box can accommodate up to 16 for Lunch/Dinner or 18 people for Family Tea/Buffet Supper.  Additional guests are charged at a per person rate.  For larger parties please ask for details.
